Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZingDo mobile application ("ZingDo", the "app", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using ZingDo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.

1. Eligibility

ZingDo is intended for personal use by individuals who are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher). By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you can form a binding agreement with us.

2. Your licence to use ZingDo

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use ZingDo on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with these Terms and the App Store rules.

This licence covers use of the app as provided. It does not transfer any ownership of ZingDo, its software, or its branding to you.

3. Free trial

Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is taken to begin the trial, but the trial is part of an auto-renewable subscription.

4. Subscriptions & billing

ZingDo offers a monthly plan and a 6-month plan. Subscriptions are purchased and billed through your App Store account, and are managed by Apple.

Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App Store before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's policies; we don't process payments or refunds directly.

5. Acceptable use

ZingDo is meant to help you plan your day. You agree not to:

6. Suspension & termination

If you misuse any feature of ZingDo or breach these Terms — including the acceptable-use rules above, attempts to abuse the cloud planning service, or any unlawful or fraudulent activity — we may suspend or permanently stop providing the service to you, with or without notice where the law allows. In serious or repeated cases we may do so immediately.

You can stop using ZingDo at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting the app. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

7. Your content & data

You own everything you create in ZingDo. Your content is stored on your device and, if iCloud Sync is on, in your own private iCloud account. Using the in-app delete option removes your data, including from your synced devices; simply uninstalling the app may leave a copy in your iCloud until it is deleted. We don't hold a copy on our own servers and can't recover your data for you. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. AI features

ZingDo's planning features generate suggestions to help you organise your day. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice — always apply your own judgement before acting on it. On-device planning runs on your device; if you choose cloud planning, the text you submit is processed only to produce your plan and no copy is kept.

9. Intellectual property

ZingDo, including its software, design, logo, and name, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

10. Disclaimers

ZingDo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your particular needs. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) ZingDo. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

12. Apple App Store

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or to address any claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also comply with the App Store Terms of Service.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the ZingDo developer is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above, and material changes will be surfaced in the app. Continued use of ZingDo after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
